Keeping your data safe is a key part of our objective and we have controls in place to ensure all data is protected.
We hold some of the following information for our customers & suppliers:
Name, Company name, address, email address, telephone and fax numbers.
This data is collected in a number of ways, for example, when you open an account or place an order with us.
We will never share your data with third parties.
We only collect and process the information we need to operate successfully and lawfully.
As we pay all our suppliers by bank transfer we also hold all supplier bank details, including account numbers, payment history etc.
The above information is only used for business purposes including but not limited to the following:

Paying Supplier invoices
Sending Customer Invoices
Invoice queries
Sending orders

Sending relevant communications to customers & suppliers

Our engineers are only supplied with essential information eg customer / supplier name, address and contact phone number if necessary and no personal information outside of what is necessary for them to carry out their work.
