We specialise in the repair and manufacture of hydraulic cylinders and we can carry out these services "in-house" in our fully equipped engineering workshop in Darlington.
We work for a wide range of customers from heavy industry and aggregate industries through to re-cycling companies, plant hire firms, hauliers, agricultural engineers, forestry companies and farmers
RAM REPAIRS: We specialise in the repair, service and overhaul of a wide range of Hydraulic RAM's and associated equipments. We service and overhaul a wide cross section of RAM's at our Darlington workshop.
RAM's manufactured to customer's requirements: We can manufacture almost any RAM to suit the customers' individual requirements.
Hose assemblies and fittings: We can provide a range of specialist hydraulic hose to suit all types of fittings.
Quick release couplings: We can offer a wide range of Quick release couplings that are suitable for a number of uses.
On-site hose repairs: We offer all our customers an on site repair service across a number of areas. Call us direct to discuss.
Turning - Milling: A5 Hydraulics offers several different types of machining facilities and can provide comprehensive and customizable services to adapt to whatever you, the customer, needs.
Power packs (Design and Manufacture): A5 Hydraulics are specialists in design and manufacture of Hydraulic Power packs. We can provide a wide range of systems covering mobile and Industrial applications. Our hydraulic power units are designed and manufactured in-house and our years of experience allow us to provide a very high level of response, product quality and service.
Supply of pumps, valves, motors, filters, seals, gauges etc. A5 Hydraulics has a wide range of consumables and specialist products available to cover all your needs. Contact us to discuss your requirements
Hydraulic oil stockists: We currently have 3 grades of Hydraulic Oil available:
32 Grade 46 Grade and 68 Grade, which is all available from stock.
Chrome rod stockists: Customer cutting service is available. We stock both imperial and metric sizes across a range of rods from stock
